NTREIS (North Texas Real Estate Information Systems) is the multiple listing service that covers the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex. When an agent lists a home for sale, it goes into NTREIS first — that’s the primary, most current source of truth for what’s actually on the market in DFW.
